Dare Not Walk Alone begins its first theatrical engagement on April 25 at the Grande 4-Plex in downtown Los Angeles.

March 10, 2008: The Trailer is Here
The new trailer, prepared by Indican Pictures, is now ready and will start appearing in Laemmle Theatres by the end of the month. We will soon post it on YouTube.
February 2008: Mezzanine Financing Completed
Huh? Say what? Say someone funded the budget items we had to cover before the film can begin its theatrical run. Not exactly mezzanine financing, and the project (like the filmmakers) remains in the red. But it puts DNWA on the road to "a theatre near you" and we are extremely grateful to our [anonymous] patron.

...Although this was a very disturbing period in the history of our country, I am glad to see that a documentary was done on the issue of civil rights in North Florida. This moving film, which I was honored to be a part of, will serve as an important reminder to audiences that even though we have made advances in the civil rights arena since the 1960s, we still have a long way to go.
